SEC WITHDRAWS CASE AGAINST GENOIL

"We interpret this to mean that the caveat emptor will be lifted and trading will proceed normally. Everything is going according to plan. The next step is to restart trading in Canada. We are in talks on 18 million barrels a day of oil in the Middle East for contracts based on our new light oil technology that converts the 35% residue of light oil such as Brent and WTI into oil increasing the value of the oil 35%. In Canada all our filings are up to date."
