that split of ownership is BEFORE an SPO --- which dilutes them all beyond the starting point of 90 9 1 or so -----

best I understand accounting - JPS is equity and is in the capital already so it does not bring in a new amount with a conversion. I believe the SP - as measured by LP is not counted yet
