Hopefully they don't pull one of these that INKW just released. Greene Concepts(INKW) is another ticker that Steve Carnes owns majority stake in and is running the show there too. This was after they announced an audit 2 years ago and said in August of last year that it was wrapping up.
"At this time, the management of Greene Concepts Inc has determined that it is not in the best interest of the Company to continue to pursue an independent audit of the Company’s financials. At present, the Cost-Benefit Analysis of pursuing the completion of the audit process in addition to the future ongoing costs in both time and capital to maintain audited financials lead to the Company’s decision."
They also used the "quite period" excuse as to why they weren't providing updates when the stock was tanking.
