As I said previously I read it as Sergio is the head of the oil labor union and native peoples protection working with Pemex. Being as this subject has been the most consistent subject we have seen in the most recent relevant MX press I believe it provides a lot of confirmation. My assumption is they made a labor deal with Mirage for the known projects and that hurdle is now resolved.
