“?On August 2 and 3, 2010, a group led by Dr. Rongjia Tao from Temple University conducted experiments using small-angle neutron scattering at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Dr. Tao's team used the best technology available to investigate at a nano-scale level the effects produced by STWA's Technology. The tests captured data and pictures with and without the field, confirming scientific evidence of its effect at a molecular level. ?“

A single static test on a petrie dish run 13 years ago proved only that there is no dynamic change of crude after being treated with high voltage and micro amps. No explanation is ever given of how this apparently works with a weak electric current suddenly polarizes a chaotic turbulent flow on nonpolar feedstock into longitudinal clusters that somehow cuts viscosity like butter! Then it supposedly last for 10 hours!!! Smart Rheo fluids in comparison, which are especially engineered to react to EM fields immediately revert when the field is removed. So we must all believe that Qsep has stumbled onto some major scientific discovery but no one cares….that speaks volumes!

“When a strong electric field is applied along the flow direction in a small section of the pipeline, the suspended particles are polarized by the electric field.”

Here is Tao explaining that a nonpolar liquid is polarized by a EM field. Crude is nonpolar so Tao conclusion has not been verified or confirmed by anyone outside of his students or China who duplicate his reports and findings verbatim. According to the Temple U professor who proposed 1000 ft tornado walls and magnetic blood pressure machine, we are to believe that the nano components of crude magically align themselves in the direction of the flow by applying a small current..although initially it stated above as a strong current. Nothing like running a strong current at 40KV through flammable liquid! What could go wrong?
