#30655 RE: Due Diligence Virtuoso #30654

I don't think many people short trip zero stocks - it's insanely risky. I mean how much could you gain? 70-80 grand if you shorted 100 mil here? What could you lose? Mind boggling, life ruining money if it started taking off suddenly? I guess you'd cover quickly with a margin call but geez, it would be massive risk/exposure if news hit.

The other possibility you point out is the right one IMO...hoping to buy huge amounts at .0002/3. In their minds, why buy 1 mil at 8 when you could buy 4 mil at 2, or multiply those figures by 10 or 100...

We all know this deep down. As I stated about 3 weeks ago, you just go to the post history and see the exact same approach on around 10 other stocks - no positive posts in 2023, and likely none in years. There are some positives sprinkled in, like this is a legitimate company with a legit product, but it's always followed by "I'll just wait for the huge RS" or "Big deal, the Merck deal was for 1 year." That kind of stuff - of course it's all intended to just spread fear. I think that can be fairly effective in the OTC world, certainly versus the blue chips. No one is really going to listen to you there, and there are just too many owners of the stock. How many shareholders are there here? Maybe 2,000 tops? If you can scare 100 of them, you can make a difference possibly. That's what I'm thinking anyways - and so you'll notice, the negative post history is entirely for the OTC, no big board stocks.

OR...consider this...on 5/24 some people were buying at .0011. Then it starts to sink in that a R/S of undetermined size is looming when the CEO says "of course" planned as well as a "share buy back for any unhappy folks."

Nine days later the stock is at .0007. So "if" he is buying back from any "unhappy folks" he's able to do so for -36.36% less than those who jumped in at .0011.

CEO confirms an R/S is coming... stock falls... everybody "happy" with that?
