There are multiple floors with multiple units per floor. Maybe the building owner maintains one or several units as a virtual office space and Ward has access on an as needed basis. I assume his need for an office is almost never so why maintain full time occupancy? That building has over a 50% vacancy rate currently, so I am sure they would gladly agree to any arrangement. This is just one possible scenario that debunks the claim.
