7.75 BILLION shares were bought months, years before Byoplanet appeared here in March. A bunch of bagholders go back a decade. OTC reports "Beneficial Shareholders'' = 8,674. I sincerely doubt all have been surveyed and pledged not to sell after the forthcoming RS.
