You are partially correct. JPEX has filed 2 SEC docs after they filed their Form 15D.

Looks like they filed the 15D to stop filing SEC financial reports (Forms 10-Q and 10-K). JPEX has not filed any of those SEC financial reports since 2018. Their fins are now filed using the OTC's Alternative Reporting Standard.
