Who said anything about a restraining order? I am suggesting a MQD type of suit by a large common shareholder - pure speculation - just like your opinions.

I said something about a restraining order. Your MQD type of suit will not stop an administrative solution/release....unless a court issues a restraining order...which I am saying will never happen. So your MQD pipe dream is just that.

It's called the Doctrine of Mootness. MQD suit? Who cares, it's moot after release.
