this will close when the lender is completely satisfied with every single aspect of this purchase....from the multiple lots being married, to the environmental regulations as they pertain to the build out and so much more...only then, with all the t's crossed and the i's dotted will closure come. those of us who have been here for years, if not a decade+, have learned all about what we have and, how to make money while we wait. fear naught, dread naught, hurricane season shall also pass.
