You are right train. IQST has out grown the OTC. It's still a growth company and growth company's need investment capital. The bigger they get, the bigger their investment capital requirements. IQST needs more money and on better terms than the OTC can facilitate. A reverse split is scary, but if they can get Apollo out of the way first and ideally have a new investor identified subject to the up-list, they can make it work. It's time.
