While I don't know how singularly important this is, it is definitely good news and simplifies things going forward. If nothing else, it will greatly reduce the number of repetitive posts we see on a daily basis!

However, I would like to draw attention to the dates involved... GVSI withdrew the application on 5/17, then on 5/23 the court formally closed the case.

While the two events may be correlated (e.g., GVSI withdrew the FINRA application and then called the court to see why it wasn't closed yet), the timing clearly shows that there was no causation as claimed by some (e.g., closing the case ended the FINRA proceeding). Minor, but worth revisiting.
