You are not the only one who lost shares since the last RS. Companies do RS as a last resort to stay afloat. Its a sign they are in trouble and have no option but milk the shareholders for money to pay the bills. If you did not know this, now you know. If you dont like it, sell what is left and go invest in big blue chip stocks like FB, MSFT, AMZN, etc.
