MM playing games

Exactly, while everyone waits on the audit, the MMs take advantage of the uncertainty. The pps being manipulated to death has been mentioned here several times.

vol frozen at 17,108 yet the bid keeps changing.and my open order \above the bid and below the ask never shows

The only reason it wouldn't show is if you are either below the size threshold where orders show up on level2 or if your MM has a lower offer or a higher bid at that time obviously.
