What a ridiculous notion. Of course it won't be forced to do any such thing, even if IPIX ever conducted the trials necessary for approval in any country..

BTW the US was an outlier in rejecting thalidomide.

That reinforced the fact that the FDA always want to see the data for themselves and will never rely on an approval from another country.
