Peter, here is the letter that went out to 1400 shareholders on the nobo list a day or two ago. Both attorneys are now saying if we don't have legacy shareholder support there is no way to prove beyond a doubt that the dissolution was done incorrectly. They say it would be fighting a losing cause as none of the old officers would incriminate themselves if subpoenaed. But if we can get legacy shareholder statements and support, we can bring a petition and have a fighting chance at getting this done. So really this is the last chance to get something done.
