Acquisition of ICAS system from DUOS technologies expected to close today


No news does not mean it did not happen.

I expect update on website or press release soon ( don't have a time frame )

Could it be a joint venture with DUOS technologies? Possibly

Acosta and goldfarb are still or were until recently part of DUOS technologies team .

Pretty sure something big is brewing .... look at the % of shares they own....over 25% I think . And they added a lot recently


It speaks for themselves
