The beneficial owners of APRU have to……

apply for licenses.

For some reason(s) they haven’t applied, nor has the acquisition been completed, even though Tony announced 2 dates.

One was on MLK Day, which is a national holiday. WTF?

Was Tony trying to bother people while they were on holiday?

Also, if Lena had been acquired by APRU it would have to close until licenses were acquired. Feel free to reach out to the Clerk.
