we need Pink Current to trade at Schwab, so we need the attorney letter to be filed.

Besides charging 6.95 a trade, they are also charging a fee on the sell side passed on from Finra, so if you sell 50K shares it will cost you 14 bucks. Clearly they are not interested in the penny market.

Meanwhile Fidelity is free as can be.
