Unfortunately, the infringers are controlling the narrative. We may never know the settlement amounts. Everything will be kept secret for the time being.

They’ve done a real good job, thus far. Hence, no damages have been announced and the shareholders have been kept in the dark.

The optics have been created and speak for themselves, hence the PPS.
