There´s IMO a very subtle, not general method to get this to that level it fundamentally should compellingly be (read back DDV´s re. posts, the single poster who regularly refers about this speciality). He´s in the know how this will take place. Curiosity: looks we have to be patient firstly, to get rewarded extraordinarily afterwards.
