Good news is everyone INVESTED here is long no matter what NIls says today regarding the audit. Today I woke up feeling like he would announce the completion of it. So we shall see. EIther case I am holding for the Audit, Form 10, Offering, and uplist. We been delayed 6 months already, so I can afford to wait longer.
