If there is more dilution coming and I hope there is not, I can't imagine what the terms would have to be in order to satisfy the buyer of a stock with this type of available liquidity. Any guesses where the sweet spot might be?
I think at this point .60 might be around for a good flip back to 1.20 but it may not last long before they turn on the faucet again. What these public companies fail to understand is the continuous dilution in a bear market is effing horrible business ethics. Turn off the faucet to keep shareholders happy. It's really that simple.
