I can't see the SEC rolling back any changes, as far as they are concern, it's 'Mission Accomplished'..!! There is far less $$$'s coming into the OTC, fewer people making money and traders leaving in droves...this is what they wanted, you can't have the OTC rivaling the Big Boards, that's an embarrassment to them.

Best we can hope for is a broker to open up trading on Expert and getting 'unsolicited quotes' there. This might rejuvenate the OTC a little bit if that were to happen. Folks need to be making money here, in order to spread that around into other plays....which is not happening right now.
