Yes, that is for sure. This stock could have, would have, should have done so much better. The ceo has kept the dilution gas pedal down at full throttle. This will completely destroy penny stocks, as you can compare this to others with great business plans. I have no idea why a good company would purposely destroy the price at super super low prices and dilute at such a high pace.
