I usually head down there if I'm not booked up for the day.

I think if we packed Lamberth's courtroom with the regular Jane and Joe Shareholders fleeced by the federal government here, the Jurors might see that the federal government has hurt regular people financially and they should pay the Shareholders for the Breach of the Implied Shareholders Contract with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Typically on any court date, about a dozen or so Shareholders would show up in the audience (plus the reporter lady from Law360).

FandF took copious Notes and did a FANTASTIC JOB, hopefully he has an opportunity to attend one or more of the Hearings.

If you head down from Michigan we can lunch at the courthouse with a view of the US Capitol!

DC is Swampy and Humid around July 24th but the courtroom has pretty good climate control.

The DC Circuit is STILL making people wear Masks inside in the Courtroom. I usually grab a free one when going through the security.
