"MAY resort to production outside of USA" is far different than currently producing outside the USA.

Is American manufacturing so bad now that we can't make a relatively simple gauze product?

If the time comes that manufacturing is moved offshore, they must notify investors.

That's a major business decision, not some little event unworthy of a PR.

I doubt they want to introduce a new product into the market on the heels of SEC sanctions.

Of course, that's only relevant if the project is still alive, and we've no evidence that's the case.

Rather, the latest evidence (or complete lack thereof) suggests otherwise.
