Help me please find a shell that I can control all aspects of the Corporation. I want to merge my ClonesbyDrones patent application in it and also my new business venture. I sent this email today to Harvard….

In 2019-2020, I had a vision to create my website:

I own many websites that contain some of the best Universities in the United States. I am a disabled US Citizen and strongly believe in Marijuana as a opioid alternative to my pain medicine. I suffer daily from very high chronic pain due to a Laminectomy gone bad in 2018.

I would like some feedback on my newly developed website. I recently applied for a trademark for my name HarvardMarijuana.com run together like a website. I know that the word is being approved by the USPTO and I clearly state on my site that there is no relationship to our Nation’s oldest College and University, Harvard founded in the 1600’s.

The web is like real estate and I founded this website first. The USPTO will thoroughly analyze my application and the searches do not seem to conflict with your esteemed University trademark. I have a patent pending also for a delivery system of Marijuana clones called ClonesbyDrones. I’m about 3 years into my patent application and do believe in its merit. As for the trademark inquiry, I would like some feedback from your esteemed lawyers on site on my new piece of web real estate.

I do not break any laws, and have never been arrested for any crimes. I am seeking direction from your office and an opinion as to my website and my ability to make some pocket money chasing my American dream.
