How are they any more greedy than Sharp choosing to tank the stock instead of negotiate? After the first hearing went his way, he said he only offered 1M shares (3M post-split).

Do you think that's a smart decision? If WC would have accepted the original offer after learning some humility, isn't that what is best for everyone?

I'm pretty sure anybody else would have ended this and moved on over a year ago. Either Sharp is a horrible negotiator or he doesn't have a merger lined up and prefers to blame Calasse.
