If that was the case, the SEC would have rendered a decision on this tiny little SPAC already. It's not hard to interview a few people and get docs. It doesn't take over 2 years. If it does, it proves the SEC is unwilling to do it's job for political posturing and trying to run out the clock instead of rendering a decision. Never has a SPAC taken this long to make a decision....ever. Fact!
