it is a possibility, and in that scenario it may be interested to keep been invested at TMNA, and in case I don´t like what TMNA management propuse, if TMNA share price has been increased due to TIO shares, the discount of 4x that I got is reduced and there is an acceptable liquidity I can always sell and buy back TIOs shares.
