The SEC routs out delinquent filers for severely delinquent Financials but their enforcement compass evidently doesn't point to suspending scam companies.
That is perplexing when we could list a few dozen scam stocks that should be suspended forthwith and toot-de-sweet (tout de suite for any francophones, :-D)
