The company you cited executed a 1-for-4 R/S on 2/26/21. If it was $0.75 when it reversed the new price would have been $3.00.
The quarterly for that period says
Total shares authorized: 7,450,000,000 as of date: March 31, 2021
Total shares outstanding: 974,218,599 as of date: March 31, 2021
As a result they upgraded the ticker to OTCQB... however..............
The A/S remains at 7.45 billion but the O/S has exploded +290% to 3.5 billion.
Worse yet, those $3.00 shares are now worth $0.00325. That's a loss of -99.89 since the R/S.
IMO anyone who thinks a R/S is a good idea or without substantial risk would be well served to heed this example.
