I am the board moderator, and have posted almost everything I know on the Board Info page.
As for trading date, currently the most recent post has stated late summer. As for the price, I don't think .0001 is anywhere close to the opening value for the stock (JMHO). I think it will be in the .01 - 1.00 range. I know a large range and once again just speculation.
