In my opinion, he will Never issue a legitimate share repurchase program for two reason's.... 1. It may raise the share price/market cap, value of the company AND 2. it would deplete capital that Elite would have when Mikah buys Elite out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
