1) They have Manufacturing plants.
2) They have Asssets
3) They have Van/Trucks ready for sale
4) They have orders in place
5) They are presenting at Trade-Shows with the actual products
6) They have employees and more to come
7) They have established partners signed.
8) Many more to come.

I guess all of the above is delusional?
