No disrespect but what it says it that pink current will happen soon and the audit for sec reporting will be in 2024 due to the disingenuous previous management, in so many words. The audit covers 2 years which lands in 2024.

No he's talking about uplisting timeframe not OTC timeframe.

That comment is based on Watkins getting a white shoed Legal and Accounting team to make it "Wall Street Ready" for up listing.

Earlier than that he expects to get the company "fully compliant for OTC by June 30th".

He points out "I can't fix years of non-compliance overnight".
