Boy you're not kidding. I work for the fed gov and I think people see this stalemate quite differently. 100 percent agree here - nothing is for certain. I'm holding and not flipping, but keeping powder at the ready just in case. You could very well be right. I know people will argue that the OTC operates separately, but I'm not quite sure that's true - I think the panic would be all over.
The X factor that could make this run opposite the market would be more PRs.
