Sort of silly reading about all the capital the GSEs NEED. They have now accumulated $100B. Where's the $96B they had when put into conservatorships? Where's all the billions upon billions that the FHFA suits got from the banks' sweetheart settlements and why wasn't that money returned to the GSEs from which it was swindled? Where's all the billions and billions absconded by the Obama administration to pay subsidies that Congress would not fund? Return all the monies owed the GSEs and they are awash with capita!
