Came to mind so I thought I would check in. looks like berman is in jail!?

That is confirmed
Arrest warrant Issued under seal on 13th March.
Berman was taken into custody ("knock knock day", if you will!) on 16th March.
Bond revocation hearing granted the prosecution motion to revoke bail on 25th April... so that is where he will stay until trial!
And best of all, on 15th March (after the arrest warrant had been issued, but 1 day before it was actually executed) the judge granted the defence's (unopposed)* motion to delay the trial date again... until December! So that is where he will stay until then AT LEAST!

*So they just let him shoot himself in the foot there, with his delaying tactics, and they KNEW what they were doing when they did it!
