If only some one had warned us that insiders selling millions of shares of a penny stock company helmed by a known conman aided and abetted by an Investors Relation "professional" who had both history of scam promotion (https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=171310939) and who associated with known mafiosi (who threatened his life:
"Barnett hoped Thomas would have his associates on the outside kill the two, and also shoot a former business associate, Rich Inza, the victim of an earlier stalking case. He wanted Inza shot in the legs — to prevent him from running any more marathons..........Inza, the former business associate who was targeted, he said he feels he will no longer have to look over his shoulder while out in public. “And I absolutely will be running at least one more marathon,” he said."

Rich isn't telling anyone about the AMZN settlement

All he says is that this is not the big infringement for AMZN. The infringement settled is the lesser of the amounts. We have no idea what the damages were estimated at vs what the settlement will be.

The point is the big settlements are to come in the fall.
