It's always been my experience that accomplishing the last 5% of an objective takes the most time and effort. Truly, I am worn out just trying to understand what management is up against.
I think I see where something is going, and then it seems that the focus has shifted to something else.
The hard part has to be their reliance on others to be successful. I'm sure management appreciates your belief that, "they can get it done and they will." I'll second that emotion.
