I don't believe so.

This is from a PR on 12/11:

In preparation for the transition, the Company has accepted the resignation of current CEO Jeff Wildermuth, and has appointed Michael Feldenkrais as the new CEO and President of the Company.

So, it was only two days from 12/8 to 12/11 when this PR came out that there was no CEO. Which I really think it all happened on the same day (regardless of the issuing of the PR).

Plus, I highly doubt Zoyes would ever call himself the CEO of this company anyways (especially what was taking place as far as the setup).
