Seems to read more of a decision to: not issue a new stock issue when discussion to move to NASDAQ was talked about in the past. The stock price dropped to subpenny for over 30 days. JMO that management was hinting to use this new funding to rebrand the hemp energy line but saw that the development of OOH LA Lemin would be important for cash flow to support inventory that we see on our Friend's: (PT) inventory map. (What other producing company has that insight of production information of their current operations?) We are blessed for TucsonPhil's efforts of Kona Gold Beverage distribution; & sounds like interesting stuff coming ahead. ?? Did we see a million sold at 9:45a & a other million at the closing bell today? Could management be funding daily operations; I wouldn't fault them at all for that. Many one, two, or four million sales just before the bell in the past have been seen, IMO. I still believe Kona had intentions to rebrand & reissue the new can design last December 2022 but saw the potential to develop the old Lemin brand into the great looking & delicious OOH LA Lemin drink. Almost no sugar & 3 carbs but it tastes so good on ?? ice. I can wait until December of this year to reissue Kona Gold Beverages & think the SP will see 3 to 5 cents JMO. I would sell to a buy back at 8 cents but would reinvest in new IPO is available to the public. Ha, might be dreaming there. Good night all, Go KGKG, RUN.
