Hatch that is a great point. This management team has shown the ability to execute.

I read that as

are we getting a dividend into TIO (i.e. investinging in TIO)

or is the play simply TMNA 75% ownership that we are investing in and hoping they continue other endeavors.


I haven't seen any clarity on this and is former is probably why this has stuck around 39 cents.
