Nope,the trading number in the float would be 79,980,000. His 380M shares aren't factored into the float. The OS and the Unrestricted count would be the 459,980,000 that's always listed and both of those count his shares. He also states there are no convertibles or promissory notes which are restricted shares for a period of time.

Willy stated in Q1 that he still owns 380M shares.

Is it still correct that there are only about 2.6 million JADA shares tradable?
