Perhaps. But the "unsolicited opinions" have been more accurate and reflective of the price action than the reflexive "everything is perfect and WNFT will be just fine" oft-repeated mantra.

Or especially the "this appeal isn't legit and will be dismissed ASAP" claims that have existed since last July, but repeated more frequently after the OSC was filed in November.

It was stated with confidence that the appeal would be dismissed by now, yet here we are, with briefing reinstated and running through September at the earliest.

I guess neither side knows what the "actual truth" is yet.
