Matty boy is toast and so are his penny marks still holding this fraud. Those financials were due on Saturday--meaning uploaded to OTCM. The extension clearly states they received an additional five CALENDAR days,not five business days.

To top that off the iHear third tranche of shares they can sell that are now restricted can begin tomorrow on the 23rd--that is the closing date of record in 2021. Those shares total somewhere around 80-100M.
