Last year we got the fiscal year report at the end of June. It should be roughly the same time this year.

The King has had it posted there for MONTHS now.

The king is right, but right for a reason, Elite is a small filer,Non-Accelerated, with less than 75 mill. that is owned by retail or anybody else , in OS stock, the K is for the year end report , so they get 90 days after Mar. 31, to file
